Our lifestyles and eating habits have changed more in the last 100 years than they have in the last 1000! According to current research, our next generation will be the first generation in history to have a shorter life-span than our own.
After speaking with other mothers and friends, i'm sure that if people were given a choice between nutrient depleted, GMO, irradiated, and processed foods, or delicious, vibrant, nutrient-loaded 'living' foods, they would choose the healthier option. This is especially true after they discover more energy, more clarity of mind, and so many other health-giving benefits just by eating healthy food!
